High energy density (620Wh/Kg)

Application:
CMOS memory chips are used in PCs, office automation devices, remote data logging and data acquisition systems, medical instruments, water or gas gauges, security and alarm systems, pulse-/event counters, various industrial clocks, and high-temperature systems.


Feature:
 (1) high energy density up to 420WH/Kg(800WH/dm3).
 (2) High operation voltage, 3.3V~3.6V upon loading resistance.
 (3) Long storage life, less than 2% of the self-discharging rate per year, could be stored for 10~15 years at room temperature.
 (4) The non-magnetic stainless steel case is hermetically sealed, making it safe for transportation and general shock. There is no leakage problem.
      Due to the characteristics of Li-SOCl2 batteries,
there are three basic types:

 

А.  ENERGY TYPE BATTERY

(1). Bobbin Type, high capacity, shelf life is ten years;
(2). Wide operating temperature range, -55 °C~+85°C.
(3). Smooth voltage level, 90% capacity could be outputted at a high level.

MAIN FEATURES OF A HI-TEMP. TLC BATTERY PACK

The specific energy is large, up to 420Wh/Kg, and the maximum open-circuit voltage of 650Wh/Kg battery is 3.67V when discharging at a low rate. The voltage can be kept at 3.3-35V when discharging, and the voltage remains unchanged within 90% of the capacity range. The specific power is large, and the battery can discharge at a high current density. The voltage accuracy is high, and the discharge curve is very flat. The working temperature of a high-temperature battery can reach 120~200C. Good storage performance can be used for 5-10 years. Fully sealed design
